Our company needs to lease 3-4 cars long-term for employees in Dubai. Any recommendations for corporate car rental companies that offer fleet deals?

We went through this last year when setting up our Dubai office. Ended up going with Octane Rent - they have a corporate department that handles fleet leasing. What worked well for us was that they bundled everything: insurance, maintenance, registration, all included in one monthly fee per car. No surprise costs popping up.
